Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026 · Last updated: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MyoBella, a California corporation ("MyoBella," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit myobella.com and any other website, email, or online service that links to this policy (together, the "Services").

We keep this simple: today, the only information our website collects is basic analytics about how visitors use it. We don't sell products directly on our site. When you buy MyoBella products on Amazon, Amazon processes your order under its own privacy notice.

1. Information we collect

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, we and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect:

  • Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and language
  • Usage information, such as the pages you view, links you click, how long you stay, and the site that referred you
  • Online identifiers, such as IP address and cookie or device IDs
  • Approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.

Information you give us. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. If we offer additional features in the future, such as an email newsletter, promotions, surveys, or programs, we will collect the information you provide through those features (for example, your email address or responses).

Information from third parties. We may receive information from partners, such as Amazon or advertising and social media platforms. This is generally aggregated or de-identified sales and campaign performance data. It may also include public information, such as product reviews you post.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the following types:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work as intended. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. To learn how Google uses data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services

  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners, but only if and when we enable advertising cookies (see section 2). Some state laws may treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and we will provide the opt-out choices described in section 6.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyoBella, our users, or others

If we ever offer a feature that collects health-related information, such as a quiz or a personalized program, we will ask for your consent first and provide any additional notices required by law, including a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy where applicable.

6. Your choices

  • Cookies: Use your browser settings or the tools described in section 2.
  • Global Privacy Control: We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as required by applicable law.
  • Marketing emails: If you join our email list in the future, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
  • Do Not Track: There is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, so our site does not currently respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings, currently up to 14 months. Customer support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain business records.
